The idea of Elio Bevilacqua, the chef and owner of the Scalini chain, is classic dishes in the atmosphere of old Italy: a place where you can try the traditional cuisine of different regions of the country.
A branch of the Scalini chain of Italian restaurants: the authentic cuisine of the Apennine peninsula on the shore of the Caspian. An Italian chef cooks by traditional recipes — pasta, thin-crust pizza, juicy steaks, fresh seafood and delicate desserts. An open terrace with a picturesque sea view.
On July 13, 2024 the branch opened in the building of the apart-hotel The Grand: the ribbon was cut by Emin Agalarov and the chain's owner Elio Bevilacqua. The restaurant has 57 tables and an open terrace.
